Here is a 2017 Hyundai Tucson that has some electrical issues after having the engine bay washed. Little did they know the ECM connector seal was incorrectly installed and allowed water in and the corrosion quickly took over. These modules are “one time VIN write” and not able to be rewritten with normal scan tools or even the dealer tools.
