Flex Not Connect with Flex Box Solution

Problem:

Anyone getting same? Flex ecu programmer will not connect with Flex box software.

Flex No Connect With Flex Box

Possible solutions:
1.
Restart PC , restart Flex

2.
Try reinstalling Flex

Feedback:
Had to reinstall software clear cache
