Foxflash read and write Citroen C-Elysee 1.2 Valeo 46.11 ECU via OBD successfully.

Read/Write by obd all ok. P0420 DTC disabled.
The battery voltage must be 14v with a friendly power supply otherwise it is not possible to write!!
