Problem:
I just installed the pcmtuner application I already have connected the equipment and the USB dongle but nothing responds in the application.
Two errors:
“User not activated”
“USB Dongle Device Not Found”
Solution:
1. Must send email and device serial number to tuner-box.com to activate it.
2. Install dongle driver.
