Audi TT 3.2 2007 unit ME7.1.1. I can see the option in foxflash car obd but it doesn’t work because it asks for a key.
and bench does not offer this unit.

Solution:
Try another tool.
Mpps can sometimes connect in Bench, on these me7.1.
Or use ktag or kess3. Ktag clone even sorts these.
You will be able to read ME7.1.1 ECU fitted in Audi with a VAG part number 8E909559 / BOSCH 0261207511 using ktag in boot mode.
