One of our customers reported that he got ‘unable to connect to remote server’ after installing foxflash software on Windows 10 system (image attached).
Ieutool.com engineer check the issue via Teamviewer and found it was the system issue.
Need to install foxflash software on a clean Windows 10 system.
NET framework version is too low.
Need to install NET framework 4.8 in order to run foxflash manager.
