PCMTuner dongle (pcmflash 1.2.0) will read Gen2 Mazda3 (2010+) ECU via OBD module 9. If already remove ECU from car, it can be read via OBD on bench mode using Godiag adapters.
Tools used:
Scanmatik pro2
Godiag GT100+ breakout box
Godiag ECU Boot GPT adapter (the adapter can be used with pcmflash + j2534 device to read ECUs in boot, bench or GPT mode)
Connect SM2 Pro with laptop and gt100
Connect godiag ECU adapter with gt100
Connect godiag ECU adapter with ECU via jumper cables following the wiring diagram
Connect 12v powre supply to gt100
Plug pmctuner dongle to laptop
Press the MNL button on the godiag ECU adapter
Run pcmflash software (DON’T UPDATE SOFTWARE ONLINE)
Select procotol
Read ECU
Read ECU completely.
Save data.
